Project Manager (Civil with warehouse and Villa Experience)

Job description: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented **Civil** Sr. **Project Engineer with Experience in building Warehouse / Villa** to support the planning, coordination, and execution of civil construction projects. The candidate will ensure works are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines. **Key Responsibilities:** * Assist in managing and supervising day-to-day site activities * Review project drawings, specifications, and BOQs * Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams * Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to schedules * Prepare and review method statements and material submittals * Conduct site inspections and ensure quality standards are maintained * Support in preparing progress reports and cost tracking * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and authority requirements * Handle technical queries and site-related issues **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering * Minimum 3-5 **years of experience** in construction projects (UAE experience preferred) * Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and site execution * Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office * Good understanding of contracts, BOQs, and project documentation * Strong communication and coordination skills * **Experience in Warehouse/Villa** Work Location: In person
