Project Manager — Construction

**Job Description:** Naturalia Cooperative Qatar is seeking an accomplished **Project Manager — Construction** to lead our construction projects towards successful completion. This role is integral in managing all aspects of project execution, from planning and coordination to delivery. **Qualifications:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus. * **Experience:** Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction sector. * **Skills:** * Proven track record in managing large-scale construction projects. * Strong understanding of construction processes, regulations, and safety standards. * Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. * Proficiency in project management software and tools. **Responsibilities:** * Plan, execute, and supervise construction projects from inception to completion. * Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project objectives are met. * Develop project schedules, budgets, and performance indicators. * Monitor project progress, addressing any issues that arise to keep projects on track. * Ensure compliance with all safety and legal requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
