Project Manager Consultant Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Engineer with a background in Civil Engineering and proven experience in residential construction projects. The ideal candidate will support project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to timelines and budgets. **Key Responsibilities:** * Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing residential construction projects from inception to completion * Review engineering drawings, specifications, and project documents for accuracy and compliance * Coordinate with architects, contractors, consultants, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution * Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and address any delays or technical issues * Ensure all work complies with local regulations, codes, and safety standards * Manage material procurement, quantity take-offs, and cost estimation * Conduct site inspections and quality control checks * Support project scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation * Identify risks and propose effective mitigation strategies **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field * 3–7 years of experience in residential construction projects * Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations * Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, MS Project, or Primavera * Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills * Strong communication and teamwork abilities * Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience working on villas, apartments, or housing developments * Familiarity with local construction codes and authority approvals * Professional certification (if applicable) **Key Competencies:** * Attention to detail * Project coordination * Time management * Technical expertise * Leadership and collaboration **Benefits:** * Competitive salary package * Health insurance * Career growth opportunities * Supportive work environment Pay: From AED10,000.00 per month Application Question(s): * This Role is for 2 Months consultation Role Are you ok with that * Do you have Consultation or Freelance project Experience if yes, How many years * what is your current work status Work Location: In person
