Project Manager – Construction (Dubai) **Location:** Dubai **Job Type:** Full-Time **Industry:** Construction Job Summary A Dubai-based construction company is urgently looking for an experienced **Project Manager** to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in managing construction projects in Dubai and possess excellent leadership, planning, and execution skills. Mandatory Requirements * Minimum **10 years of experience** in a Dubai-based construction company * Proven experience managing construction projects from start to completion * Strong knowledge of UAE construction regulations and standards * Excellent project planning, budgeting, and team management skills * Ability to coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and clients * Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field * PMP certification is an advantage Key Responsibilities * Manage and oversee all phases of construction projects * Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards * Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders * Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports * Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements * Resolve project-related issues efficiently Skills Required * Leadership and decision-making skills * Strong communication and negotiation abilities * Knowledge of project management software * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines **Interested candidates may apply with their updated CV.** Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
