Project Manager

**Job Summary:** The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering landscape construction and maintenance projects on time, within budget, and according to client specifications. This role oversees site operations, manpower, subcontractors, procurement, client communication, and quality assurance while ensuring compliance with safety and local authority regulations. **Key Responsibilities:Project Planning & Execution** * Manage landscape construction, softscape, hardscape, irrigation, and maintenance projects from initiation to completion. * Prepare project schedules, work programs, resource plans, and timelines. * Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers. * Review drawings, BOQs, contracts, and technical specifications. * Ensure all project activities are completed according to approved plans and quality standards. **Site Management** * Supervise site engineers, supervisors, foremen, and labor teams. * Monitor daily site progress and resolve technical or operational issues. * Ensure proper allocation of manpower, machinery, and materials. * Conduct regular site inspections to maintain productivity and quality. **Budget & Cost Control** * Monitor project budgets, expenses, and profitability. * Control material wastage and optimize resource usage. * Review supplier quotations and oversee procurement planning. * Prepare variation orders, progress claims, and cost reports. **Client & Stakeholder Management** * Act as the main point of contact for clients and consultants. * Attend project meetings and provide regular progress updates. * Handle client feedback, complaints, and project modifications professionally. * Build strong client relationships for future business opportunities. **Quality Assurance & Compliance** * Ensure all landscaping works meet design, horticultural, and engineering standards. * Monitor irrigation systems, planting quality, paving, and finishing works. * Ensure compliance with municipality, DEWA, RTA, and other authority requirements. * Implement company HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) policies on all sites. **Documentation & Reporting** * Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports. * Maintain records of approvals, inspections, variations, and project documentation. * Manage handover documents and project closeout reports. **Required Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Landscape Engineering, Civil Engineering, Horticulture, Agriculture, or related field. * PMP certification is an advantage. * UAE driving license preferred. **Experience Requirements:** * 5–10 years of experience in landscape construction or maintenance. * Strong knowledge of irrigation systems, softscape, hardscape, and local authority approvals. * UAE/GCC market experience preferred. **Key Skills:** * Project Management * Leadership & Team Coordination * Budgeting & Cost Control * Client Relationship Management * AutoCAD & MS Project * Procurement Planning * Risk Management * Problem Solving * Time Management * Knowledge of local authority procedures **Performance KPIs:** * On-time project completion * Budget adherence * Client satisfaction * Quality compliance * Safety performance * Resource efficiency Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
