Project Manager – Electrical Engineer (SEWA Approved Grade 1)

**Location:** Dubai / Sharjah **Job Type:** Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Senior Electrical Engineer (SEWA Approved Grade 1) to manage and supervise electrical projects across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. The ideal candidate must have strong project management experience, technical expertise, and valid SEWA approval as Senior Electrical Engineer – Grade 1. Candidates must currently be available inside the UAE. Key Responsibilities * Manage complete electrical project execution from planning to final handover. * Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities including SEWA. * Review and approve electrical designs, drawings, load schedules, and technical submittals. * Ensure compliance with SEWA regulations, safety standards, and project specifications. * Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, and site activities. * Lead site engineers, supervisors, and technical teams effectively. * Attend project meetings and provide technical solutions when required. * Prepare project reports, work schedules, and cost monitoring updates. * Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. * Handle inspections, approvals, testing, and commissioning activities. Requirements * Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering. * Valid SEWA Approval as Senior Electrical Engineer – Grade 1 is mandatory. * Minimum 12-15 years of UAE experience in electrical project management. * Must be currently available inside the UAE. * Strong knowledge of electrical systems, MEP coordination, and authority regulations. * Experience handling residential, commercial, and industrial projects. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software. * Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. * UAE driving license preferred.
