We are looking for a highly experienced and proactive **Project Manager** to lead and oversee multiple ongoing projects in Dubai and across the UAE. **Job Description:** The **Project Manager** will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering interior fit-out projects from inception to completion. The role involves close coordination with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery, quality execution, and budget compliance. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead the execution of interior fit-out projects from design finalization to handover. * Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources. * Coordinate with clients, designers, engineers, procurement, and site teams for smooth project execution. * Conduct regular site visits, monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications. * Ensure adherence to health, safety, and quality standards on all sites. * Prepare and submit progress reports to management and clients. * Manage subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and performance compliance. * Handle client communication and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. * Lead project meetings and provide updates on timelines, risks, and solutions. **Requirements:** * **Minimum 5 years of UAE experience** in a **project management or site leadership role** within the **interior design and fit-out industry**. * Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. * Strong knowledge of materials, MEP coordination, project scheduling, and interior construction standards. * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred. * Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. * Proficient in Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, and MS Office Suite. * UAE Driving License is **mandatory**. **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary package * Career growth opportunities within a respected and growing interior design firm. * Collaborative and supportive team environment. **How to Apply:** Apply directly through Indeed.
