Project Manager (Interior Fit out)

Position - Project Manager ( Interior Fit out) Job Location -AL Quoz We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Interior Fit Out to manage turnkey interior fit-out projects from execution to final handover. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in UAE interior fit-out projects including commercial, retail, hospitality, residential, and office interiors. The Project Manager will be responsible for project planning, execution, budgeting, authority approvals, site coordination, subcontractor management, quality control, and client satisfaction while ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities * Manage complete interior fit-out projects from award to handover. * Coordinate with clients, consultants, designers, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams. * Prepare project schedules, work programs, and resource plans. * Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion. * Ensure compliance with Dubai authority approvals and regulations (DM, DDA, Trakhees, TECOM, etc.). * Review drawings, BOQ, specifications, and project documents. * Control project budget, variations, procurement, and material delivery schedules. * Conduct site meetings and prepare progress reports. * Supervise site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors. * Ensure project quality standards and HSE requirements are maintained. * Identify project risks and implement corrective actions. * Manage client expectations and maintain strong professional relationships. * Coordinate MEP, joinery, ceiling, flooring, and finishing activities. **Required Qualifications** * Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design. * Minimum 5-7 years of UAE experience in Interior Fit-Out projects. * Strong knowledge of commercial and residential fit-out execution. * Experience handling authority approvals and UAE regulations. * Good understanding of joinery, MEP coordination, and finishing works. * Strong leadership and team management skills. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, and Microsoft Office. * UAE Driving License preferred. * Attested Degree (mandatory) Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month Application Question(s): * How many years of UAE experience do you have in Interior Fit-Out projects? * Have you handled turnkey fit-out projects independently in Dubai/UAE? * Which software are you proficient in? * Do you have experience handling project budgets and cost control? * Have you coordinated procurement and material tracking? * Do you have minimum 5 years UAE interior fit-out experience? * Do you have a UAE driving license? * Are you available to attend a face-to-face interview in Al Quoz, Dubai? * Do you have a attested degree? * What is your current salary & expected salary?
