Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Interior Fit-Out to lead the successful delivery of interior fit-out projects from planning through handover. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management, client coordination, and site execution experience, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities * Manage interior fit-out projects from award to final handover. * Develop project schedules, execution plans, and resource allocation strategies. * Lead project engineers, site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers. * Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of milestones. * Coordinate with clients, consultants, designers, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle. * Manage project budgets, costs, variations, and procurement activities. * Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and contractual requirements. * Oversee site activities and ensure adherence to HSE regulations. * Resolve technical, operational, and commercial issues effectively. * Prepare project reports and provide regular updates to senior management. Qualifications & Experience * Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Interior Design, or a related field. * 10–15 years of experience in Interior Fit-Out project management. * Proven track record managing commercial, hospitality, retail, corporate, and high-end residential fit-out projects. * Strong understanding of joinery, gypsum works, finishes, MEP coordination, furniture, and fit-out construction processes. * Experience managing multiple projects and multidisciplinary teams. * Strong commercial awareness, budgeting, and cost-control knowledge. * Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. * Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office. * UAE experience is mandatory. * Valid UAE Driving License is preferred.
