Project Manager - Landscaping

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager – Landscaping to oversee and manage landscape construction projects across industrial, commercial, and residential developments. The successful candidate will lead site operations, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, ensure quality and safety compliance, and deliver projects on time and within budget. **Key Responsibilities:** * Plan, coordinate, and supervise all landscaping and construction activities across assigned project sites * Independently manage landscaping projects from commencement through completion * Lead site engineers, supervisors, foremen, subcontractors, and workforce teams to ensure smooth project execution * Monitor project schedules, budgets, manpower, materials, and equipment utilization * Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with project specifications, QA/QC standards, and industry regulations * Coordinate with procurement teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to secure required materials and resources * Prepare, review, and manage all engineering documentation, including shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, RFIs, inspection requests, progress reports, and as-built documentation * Develop and maintain Look Ahead Plans to ensure milestones are achieved as per the approved Programme of Work * Review daily and weekly progress reports and implement corrective actions to address delays or cost overruns * Liaise with clients, consultants, and government authorities for approvals, inspections, NOCs, and project coordination * Identify project risks and bottlenecks, and implement proactive mitigation measures before they impact the project schedule * Provide technical guidance and resolve site-related engineering and operational issues * Prepare and submit weekly and monthly progress reports to management and stakeholders * Ensure strict compliance with HSE policies, environmental standards, and company procedures **Requirements:** * Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Engineering, or a related Engineering discipline * Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager or Construction Manager, with proven experience in landscaping projects (required) * Experience managing industrial, commercial, and residential projects * Strong knowledge of landscape construction, civil and structural codes, and project management practices * Good understanding of multidisciplinary site activities including Electrical, Mechanical, Piping, Instrumentation, and Communication systems * Proven leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills * Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver projects within deadlines and budget * Excellent communication and reporting skills * Must be based in Dubai or Sharjah, or willing to relocate * Valid UAE Driving Licence will be an added advantage **The Ideal Candidate:** * Is proactive rather than reactive * Anticipates challenges before they arise and resolves them effectively * Possesses excellent leadership, planning, and organisational skills * Has outstanding communication and coordination abilities * Works independently with minimal supervision * Is committed to delivering projects on time without compromising quality * Has a strong eye for detail and takes ownership of project outcomes **Preferred Skills:** * GCC project exposure is mandatory * Strong understanding of QA/QC and HSE standards * Experience in managing large-scale landscaping projects * Proficiency in project planning and reporting tools **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications * Opportunity to work on prestigious landscaping projects across the UAE * Professional growth within a well-established and expanding organisation * Supportive and performance-driven work environment Interested candidates who meet the above requirements are encouraged to send their updated CV to **[email protected]**.
