PROJECT MANAGER - MEP

Asian Falcons Engineering Contracting LLC is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven **Project Manager – MEP** to lead the execution and delivery of large-scale Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing complex construction projects from inception to handover while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, budget, and schedule requirements. Key Responsibilities * Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful completion of MEP projects in accordance with contractual requirements. * Manage all project phases including engineering coordination, procurement, construction, testing & commissioning, and final handover. * Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure seamless project delivery. * Develop and monitor project schedules, manpower plans, procurement schedules, and resource allocation plans. * Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, RFIs, and technical documentation. * Monitor project costs, variations, claims, and commercial aspects to ensure profitability and budget control. * Conduct regular progress meetings and provide detailed reports to senior management. * Ensure compliance with local authority regulations, project specifications, contract requirements, and international standards. * Lead project teams including Project Engineers, Site Engineers, QA/QC Engineers, Planning Engineers, and Supervisors. * Manage project risks and implement corrective actions to maintain project objectives. * Oversee testing, commissioning, authority inspections, and project close-out activities. * Ensure implementation of HSE policies and maintain a strong safety culture across all project sites. Required Qualifications * Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering. * Minimum **15 years of experience** in MEP Construction Projects. * Minimum **5 years in a Project Manager position** managing large-scale MEP projects. * Proven experience with high-rise buildings, commercial buildings, residential developments, industrial projects, hotels, hospitals, or mixed-use developments. * Strong understanding of HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Electrical, ELV, and Building Services systems. * Extensive knowledge of project planning, construction methodologies, and project controls. * Strong contractual and commercial awareness. * Experience dealing with consultants, clients, and UAE authorities.
