Project Manager – Software Automation

Job Purpose The Project Manager – Software Automation is responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and delivering software automation projects, including workflow automation, robotic process automation (RPA), AI-driven automation, system integrations, and digital transformation initiatives. Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning * Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria. * Develop detailed project plans and timelines. * Establish project governance structures. Project Execution * Lead cross-functional teams including developers, QA engineers, business analysts, and automation specialists. * Manage project activities throughout the software development lifecycle. * Ensure adherence to project plans. Stakeholder Management * Act as primary contact for clients and stakeholders. * Conduct project review meetings. * Manage expectations and communications. Risk & Issue Management * Identify project risks and dependencies. * Develop mitigation plans. * Escalate critical issues when required. Budget & Resource Management * Monitor project budgets and resource utilization. * Control project costs. * Ensure efficient resource allocation. Quality Assurance * Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards. * Support testing and user acceptance processes. * Ensure compliance with technical and business requirements. Qualifications * Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field. Experience * 5–8 years of project management experience. * Experience managing software development and automation projects. * Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies. * Knowledge of RPA platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Microsoft Power Automate preferred.
