Projects Manager

At **venetian enrIco** we deliver landmark commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects across the region. We are looking for an experienced **Construction Project Manager** who can take full ownership of projects on the ground — from breaking ground to handing over the keys — safely, on time, and within budget. Your responsibilities * Lead all phases of construction projects from planning and procurement to handover * Manage subcontractors, site crews, and third-party vendors on a daily basis * Control project budgets, track costs, and approve expenditures * Enforce strict health, safety, and compliance standards on all sites * Coordinate with architects, engineers, clients, and local authorities * Resolve on-site issues swiftly to avoid costly delays * Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and clients What we require 7+ years construction PMDegree in Civil Eng. / Construction Mgmt.PMP / CIOB certifiedMS Project / Primavera P6OSHA / HSE knowledgeContract & budget managementStrong leadership Work Location: In person
