Star Sphere is looking for a Public Relations Specialist!Job OverviewWe’re Hiring – Public Relations SpecialistLocation: Baghdad – Al MansourCompany: Star Sphere for Information TechnologyRequired Experience: +5 years in a related field Star Sphere is looking for a Public Relations Specialist with strong experience and capabilities to contribute to establishing and managing the company’s Public Relations and Government Relations department.Responsibilities:– Building and managing strategic relationships with government entities, public and private organizations, and strategic partners.– Exploring and following up on business opportunities, government projects, and tenders in both public and private sectors related to the company’s operations.– Monitoring, collecting, and analyzing information related to future projects and target entities.– Maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients and partners, while creating new business opportunities.– Developing and implementing public relations and business development strategies aligned with company objectives.– Representing the company before government entities, private sector companies, clients, and strategic partners.– Coordinating with technical, financial, and legal departments to prepare proposals, contracts, and partnership opportunities.– Preparing periodic reports for senior management, including achievements, challenges, and recommendations.Requirements:– Bachelor’s degree.– Minimum 5 years of experience in government relations, public relations, corporate sales, or business development.– Good knowledge of tendering processes and government contracts.– Strong professional network.– Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.– High ability in negotiation and confident public speaking.
