QA/QC Engineer

Job Vacancy – QA/QC Engineer **UPTOWN Technical Services L.L.C.** is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented **QA/QC Engineer** to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Key Responsibilities: * Develop, implement, and maintain project Quality Assurance and Quality Control procedures. * Prepare and review Method Statements, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), Material Submittals, and Quality Documentation. * Coordinate and submit MIRs, WIRs, RFIs, and related quality records. * Ensure all works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, project requirements, and applicable standards. * Conduct site inspections and quality audits to verify compliance. * Monitor and close NCRs, observations, and corrective actions. * Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and project teams on quality-related matters. * Maintain project quality records, test reports, approvals, and handover documentation. * Assist in preparing As-Built Drawings, O&M Manuals, warranties, and project closeout documents. * Support authority inspections and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Requirements: * Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline. * Minimum **3-5 years of UAE experience** in construction, fit-out, or MEP projects. * Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, ITPs, Method Statements, and project documentation. * Experience dealing with consultants, clients, and regulatory authorities. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and quality management documentation. * Excellent communication and organizational skills. * Immediate availability is preferred. Preferred Qualifications: * ISO 9001 Quality Management System knowledge. * Experience in fit-out, renovation, commercial, hospitality, healthcare, or industrial projects. * Familiarity with UAE construction standards and authority requirements.
