QA/QC Engineer (Electrical)

**Hiring – QA/QC Engineer (Electrical)** Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates Project Type: High-Rise / Tower Projects We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced QA/QC Engineer (Electrical) to join our team for ongoing and upcoming high-rise building projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in quality assurance and quality control of electrical works, ensuring all installations comply with project specifications, international standards, and local authority requirements. This role requires a professional with a solid understanding of inspection processes, documentation, and quality compliance throughout all stages of construction. **Position** QA/QC Engineer – Electrical (High-Rise Projects) **Requirements** Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field Minimum 3–6 years of experience in QA/QC for electrical works, preferably in high-rise / tower projects UAE experience in construction projects is highly preferred Strong knowledge of electrical systems including: \* Power distribution systems (LV/MV) \* Lighting systems \* Earthing and lightning protection systems \* ELV systems (Fire Alarm, CCTV, Access Control, etc.) Familiarity with QA/QC procedures, ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans), and method statements Experience in site inspections, testing, and documentation control Knowledge of international standards and UAE authority requirements (e.g., DEWA, Civil Defense) Ability to review shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documents Experience in preparing inspection reports, NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), and QA/QC documentation Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office (QA/QC software knowledge is an advantage) Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Good communication and coordination skills Valid UAE Driving License (preferred / advantage) Immediate / short notice joiners preferred **Job Responsibilities** Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures for electrical works on site Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications Prepare and review ITPs, checklists, and quality documentation Coordinate inspections with consultants and subcontractors Verify material deliveries against approved submittals Identify non-conformances and issue NCRs, ensuring corrective actions are implemented Maintain proper records of all quality-related activities and documentation Ensure compliance with project quality standards and safety regulations Assist in testing, commissioning, and final handover processes Report quality issues and progress to project management **Salary & Benefits** Competitive salary based on experience Opportunity to work on major high-rise and tower projects in Dubai Career growth and professional development opportunities **Joining** Immediate / Short Notice Preferred **How to Apply** **Interested candidates can apply through indeed job portal** **Application Question(s):** * How many years of UAE experience you have as QA/QC Engineer (Electrical) in UAE? * What is your visa status? * What is your expected salary? * Do you have a valid UAE driving license?
