QA/QC Engineer (Mechanical)

**Hiring – QA/QC Engineer (Mechanical)** Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates Project Type: High-Rise / Tower Projects We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced QA/QC Engineer (Mechanical) to join our team for ongoing and upcoming high-rise building projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in quality assurance and quality control of mechanical works, ensuring all MEP installations meet project specifications, standards, and regulatory requirements. This role requires a professional with a strong understanding of inspection procedures, documentation, and quality compliance throughout all phases of construction. **Position** **QA/QC Engineer – Mechanical (High-Rise Projects)** **Requirements** Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field Minimum 3–6 years of experience in QA/QC for mechanical works, preferably in high-rise / tower projects UAE experience in construction projects is highly preferred Strong knowledge of mechanical systems including: \* HVAC systems (CHWP, ducting, ventilation) \* Plumbing & Drainage systems \* Firefighting systems Familiarity with QA/QC procedures, ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans), and method statements Experience in site inspections, material inspections, and documentation control Knowledge of international standards and local authority requirements Ability to review shop drawings, submittals, and technical documents Experience in preparing inspection reports, NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), and QA/QC documentation Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office (QA/QC software knowledge is an advantage) Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Good communication and coordination skills Valid UAE Driving License (preferred / advantage) Immediate / short notice joiners preferred **Job Responsibilities** Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures for mechanical works on site Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications Prepare and review ITPs, checklists, and quality documentation Coordinate inspections with consultants and subcontractors Monitor material deliveries and ensure compliance with approved submittals Identify non-conformances and issue NCRs, ensuring corrective actions are implemented Maintain proper documentation and records of all quality-related activities Ensure compliance with project quality standards and safety regulations Assist in testing, commissioning, and final handover documentation Report quality issues and progress to project management **Salary & Benefits** Competitive salary based on experience Opportunity to work on major high-rise and tower projects in Dubai Career growth and professional development opportunities **Joining** Immediate / Short Notice Preferred **How to Apply** **Interested candidates can apply through indeed job portal** **Application Question(s):** * How many years of UAE experience you have as QA/QC Engineer (Mechanical) in UAE? * What is your visa status? * What is your expected salary? * Do you have a valid UAE driving license?
