Key ResponsibilitiesQA/QC Management * Implement and maintain QA/QC procedures, inspection plans, and quality control standards. * Conduct inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and client requirements. * Monitor workmanship quality and ensure corrective actions are implemented when required. * Prepare and maintain QA/QC reports, inspection records, and quality documentation. * Participate in internal quality audits and project quality reviews. * Ensure compliance with company quality policies and industry standards. Project Coordination * Coordinate daily project activities between project teams, clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors. * Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation. * Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports. * Track project milestones and ensure timely completion of assigned activities. * Support project managers in coordinating project execution and resolving site issues. * Organize project meetings and follow up on action items. Quantity Surveying & Documentation * Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and quantity calculations. * Perform material take-offs and estimation. * Assist in cost control and material planning. * Prepare and review shop drawings and layouts. * Maintain project documentation, records, and correspondence. * Monitor material usage and coordinate procurement requirements. Inspection & Handover Activities * Inspect paint finishes, touch-ups, and decorative works. * Check installation quality of tiles, doors, ceilings, partitions, and fittings. * Identify defects such as cracks, scratches, leaks, uneven surfaces, and alignment issues. * Verify electrical and plumbing works against approved drawings and specifications. * Prepare snag lists / punch lists and monitor corrective actions. * Coordinate rectification works with contractors and subcontractors. * Conduct pre-handover inspections and final quality assessments. * Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards before client handover.
