QA/QC Inspector (Civil)

**Job Summary** The QA/QC Engineer is responsible for ensuring that all construction activities comply with project specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. The role focuses on implementing quality control procedures, conducting inspections, and maintaining documentation for high-rise tower projects. **Key Responsibilities** * Implement and maintain the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) * Conduct site inspections for civil and structural works (e.g., concrete, rebar, formwork, finishing works) * Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and method statements * Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams for inspections and approvals * Raise and track NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) and ensure timely corrective actions * Review material submittals, method statements, and shop drawings before execution * Monitor testing activities (cube tests, soil tests, material approvals, etc.) * Maintain QA/QC documentation, reports, and logs as per project and authority requirements * Liaise with authorities and consultants for inspections and approvals * Ensure all works comply with **Dubai Municipality**, **DDA**, and relevant standards * Support internal and external audits and ensure close-out of audit findings **Requirements** * Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field * Minimum 3 years of experience in QA/QC for high-rise building construction in UAE * Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, standards, and construction practices * Familiarity with local authority regulations (Dubai Municipality, DDA, Trakhees, etc.) * Experience in handling inspections, documentation, and reporting * Proficient in MS Office and basic engineering software * Strong communication and coordination skills Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month Education: * Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: * QC Inspector: 3 years (Required) Location: * Dubai (Required) Work Location: In person
