QC Inspector / snagging inspector

MRSNAG is looking for a Property Snagging Inspector to join our growing team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting detailed inspections of apartments, villas, and townhouses, identifying defects, documenting findings, and preparing professional inspection reports. Responsibilities * Conduct snagging inspections for residential properties. * Identify defects in finishes, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural elements. * Capture and document defects using photos and inspection software. * Prepare detailed inspection reports. * Communicate findings clearly and professionally. * Attend inspections across Dubai and surrounding areas. Requirements * Previous experience in a snagging company or property inspection role. * Knowledge of construction, finishing works, MEP systems, and quality standards. * Ability to identify defects and provide clear recommendations. * Good communication and reporting skills. * UAE Driving License is preferred. * Experience using inspection tools such as thermal cameras, moisture meters, and laser levels is an advantage. Preferred Qualifications * Civil Engineering Diploma or Degree. * Site Engineer, QA/QC, Property Inspector, or Snagging Inspector background. * Experience in the UAE real estate or construction industry.
