مدير الجودة والصحة والسلامة والبيئة (QHSE Manager - HQ)

تعلن شركة Basrah Mas عن بحثها عن كفاءة قيادية متميزة لشغل منصب مدير الجودة والصحة والسلامة والبيئة (QHSE Manager - HQ) للعمل في المقر الرئيسي للشركة في البصرة. المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية | Key Responsibilities: قيادة وتطوير منظومة الجودة والسلامة والصحة المهنية والبيئة على مستوى الشركة وكافة مواقعها. تطوير وتطبيق نظام الإدارة المتكامل (Integrated Management Systems - IMS). التجهيز والتحضير لعمليات التدقيق والتقييم الخارجية التي تقوم بها الجهات المعتمدة من قِبل الـ (UKAS-accredited certification bodies). متابعة التحقيقات في الحوادث، وإدارة حالات عدم المطابقة والإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية (NCR / CAPA). ضمان الامتثال التام للقوانين والتشريعات العراقية المحلية المتعلقة بالـ QHSE والعمليات التشغيلية. المتطلبات والشروط المهنية | Key Requirements: التعليم والشهادات: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Management, or a related field. Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, IRCA, or Lead Auditor qualifications are preferred. الخبرة العملية: Minimum 10 years of relevant QHSE experience within the Oil & Gas, EPC, industrial services, or heavy industry sectors. At least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role overseeing company-wide or multi-site QHSE activities. المعرفة التقنية والمهارات: Proven experience in developing, implementing, and improving Integrated Management Systems. Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards and their practical application. Strong experience in preparing for and supporting audits by UKAS-accredited certification bodies. Experience in incident investigation, NCR/CAPA management, audit follow-up, and compliance reporting. Good understanding of Iraqi legal requirements and operational compliance expectations related to QHSE. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and QHSE reporting systems.
