QS Engineer

We are seeking a qualified and experienced **QS Engineer** to join our construction team in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for quantity take-offs, cost estimation, BOQ preparation, subcontractor billing, client invoicing, variation claims, and project cost control. **Key Responsibilities** * Prepare quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications. * Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQ). * Handle client billing and subcontractor payment certifications. * Prepare variation orders, claims, and final accounts. * Monitor project costs and budgets. * Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and procurement teams. * Review contract documents and ensure compliance. * Prepare cost reports and project progress reports. **Requirements** * Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying. * Minimum **5 years of UAE construction experience** as a QS Engineer. * Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, estimation, and cost control. * Experience in handling client and subcontractor billing. * Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD. * Knowledge of FIDIC contracts is an advantage. * Strong communication and analytical skills. **Immediate joiners will be given preference.** Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month Application Question(s): * Are you currently available in the UAE and able to join immediately?
