Quality Assurance Engineer

**Job Title:** QA/QC Engineer (Construction)- **Must have a valid own visa /NOC** **Location:** Sharjah & Dubai **Employment Type:** Full-Time **Job Summary:** We are looking for a qualified QA/QC Engineer with experience in the construction industry to ensure that all projects meet quality standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing quality control procedures, conducting inspections, and maintaining compliance throughout project execution. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop and implement QA/QC plans, procedures, and inspection checklists * Conduct site inspections to ensure work complies with approved drawings, specifications, and standards * Monitor construction activities and identify non-conformance issues * Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation, reports, and records * Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors on quality-related matters * Review material submittals, method statements, and shop drawings * Ensure proper testing of materials and workmanship as per standards * Handle NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) and ensure corrective actions are implemented * Liaise with consultants and clients for inspections and approvals * Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards at all times **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field * Proven experience as a QA/QC Engineer in a construction company * Knowledge of QA/QC standards, procedures, and documentation * Familiarity with ISO standards and construction quality practices * Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills * Good communication and coordination skills * Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools * Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines * **Must have a valid own visa (freelance/partner/spouse visa, etc.)** * **Must provide a valid NOC from sponsor** **Preferred:** * UAE experience in construction projects * Valid UAE driving license * Certification in QA/QC or ISO (if available) **Benefits:** * Competitive salary package * Transportation and accommodation (if applicable) * Professional work environment * Career growth opportunities **How to Apply:** Interested candidates can send their CV or contact 050-218-2819 **Interview Location**: Sharjah, Maryam Island Site Office, Al Khan Corniche, Near Tabarak Center -Walking Interview -Timing 10 AM -5 PM- Sunday (Off day) Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
