**Urgently looking for QUANTITY SURVEYOR in Aluminum & Glass Industry** **Job Description** * Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and material requirements for aluminum and glass works based on architectural and structural drawings. * Analyze BOQs, specifications, and project drawings to determine quantities and scope of work. * Assist in the preparation of tender documents, including pricing, technical submissions, and pre-qualifications. * Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations and support procurement decisions. * Track and control project costs, including budgeting, cost monitoring, and variance reporting. * Prepare interim payment applications, final accounts, and support contract administration. * Assist in value engineering to optimize cost without compromising design or quality. * Collaborate closely with engineers, draftsmen, and site supervisors to ensure accurate execution of quantities and scopes. * § Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field. **Requirements** * 2–3 years of relevant experience in the aluminum and glass industry (UAE experience preferred). * Strong knowledge of aluminum and glass systems including curtain walls, glazing, cladding, windows, and doors. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and quantity surveying software (e.g., Planswift, CostX, or similar).
