**About Us** Valika Interior Design LLC is a growing interior fit‑out and design company based in Dubai, delivering high‑quality residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. We are expanding our team and looking for a skilled **Quantity Surveyor** to join our dynamic environment. **Job Responsibilities** * Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and material take‑offs for interior fit‑out projects * Evaluate drawings, specifications, and project requirements * Prepare and review tender documents, contracts, and variations * Conduct site visits to monitor progress and verify quantities * Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams * Manage cost control, budgeting, and financial reporting * Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors * Ensure compliance with project timelines and cost targets **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field * Minimum **2–5 years** experience in interior fit‑out or construction industry (UAE experience preferred) * Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, cost control, and estimation * Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and QS software * Excellent communication and negotiation skills * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines **Benefits** * Competitive salary * Career growth opportunities * Friendly and collaborative work environment Job Type: Full-time Application Question(s): * Please mention the expecting salary Work Location: In person
