Quantity Surveyor

**Job Summary:** Royal Crest Contracting LLC is looking for a skilled Quantity Surveyor with experience in the UAE construction sector. The candidate will be responsible for cost estimation, budgeting, and financial management of construction projects, ensuring cost efficiency and compliance with project requirements. **Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare accurate **cost estimates, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and project budgets** * Analyze drawings, specifications, and scope of work * Monitor project costs and track variations * Prepare and evaluate **tenders, quotations, and subcontractor agreements** * Conduct site visits to assess progress and verify quantities * Manage **interim valuations, payment certificates, and final accounts** * Identify cost-saving opportunities and control project expenses * Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and procurement team * Ensure compliance with contract terms and UAE construction standards **Requirements:** * Minimum **3–5 years of experience in UAE construction industry** * Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, cost control, and contracts * Proficiency in MS Excel and quantity surveying software * Ability to read and interpret construction drawings * Excellent analytical and negotiation skills * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying preferred **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary (based on experience) * Visa provided * Opportunity to work on diverse construction projects * Professional growth in a fast-growing company Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
