Quantity Surveyor

Job Title: **Quantity Surveyor – Civil Construction Site** **Job Summary:** We are hiring a Quantity Surveyor for our civil construction projects. The candidate must have experience in cost estimation, contract handling, and project coordination. **Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates * Handle tendering activities: pre-tender documentation and post-tender evaluation * Lead the tendering process, analyze bids, and assist in contractor selection * Draft, manage, and monitor contracts, including tracking of variations and scope changes * Monitor project expenditure and ensure alignment with approved budgets * Evaluate completed work and prepare payment certificates * Liaise with project managers, engineers, suppliers, and clients for coordination and approvals * Ensure all work complies with legal, quality, and safety regulations * Assist in resolving contractual disputes and preparing claims documentation **Requirements:** * Diploma or B. Tech in Civil Engineering * Minimum 2 years of experience in civil contracting company (UAE/GCC Experience highly considerable) * Preferred Visit Visa Candidates Inside UAE * Male candidates only preferred Work Location: In person
