**Company:** IIQAF Group **Location:** Abu Dhabi, UAE **Industry:** Construction **Salary:** AED 8,000 – AED 8,500 per month **Job Type:** Full-Time **Job Overview** ---------------- IIQAF Group is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced **Quantity Surveyor in Abu Dhabi** to manage cost estimation, budgeting, and financial control for construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in **quantity take-off, cost planning, contract management, tender evaluation, and construction cost control**. **Key Responsibilities** ------------------------ * Prepare accurate **cost estimates, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and project budgets** * Conduct **quantity take-off** from drawings and project specifications * Manage project costing, budgeting, and financial reporting * Evaluate subcontractor quotations and prepare tender documentation * Monitor project expenses and control construction costs * Assist in contract administration and variation orders * Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and site teams * Ensure compliance with project specifications and UAE construction standards * Prepare valuation reports and progress payment applications **Requirements** ---------------- * Bachelor’s degree in **Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field** * Strong knowledge of **construction costing, BOQ preparation, and contract management** * Proficiency in **AutoCAD, MS Excel, and QS software tools** * Experience in UAE construction projects preferred * Strong analytical and numerical skills * Excellent communication and negotiation abilities * Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
