Quantity Surveyor - Civil Landscape

**Job Title: Landscape Quantity Surveyor** **Important Notice** **Candidate should be available at UAE** **Candidate should have UAE landscape project experience** **Candidate should join immediately** **Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Landscape Quantity Surveyor to manage all cost-related aspects of landscape construction and maintenance projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for estimating costs, preparing tender documents, monitoring project budgets, evaluating variations, and ensuring projects are completed within budget while maintaining quality standards. **Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates for landscape projects. * Analyze drawings, specifications, and contract documents to determine project requirements. * Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and tender documentation. * Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations and negotiate pricing. * Monitor project costs, budgets, and cash flow throughout the project lifecycle. * Measure and value completed works and prepare interim payment applications. * Assess and manage variations, claims, and change orders. * Conduct site visits to verify quantities and monitor project progress. * Prepare cost reports and forecasts for management and clients. * Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company procedures. * Coordinate with project managers, engineers, landscape architects, and procurement teams. * Support project close-out activities, including final account preparation and settlement. **Qualifications & Requirements:** * Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in landscape construction projects. * Strong knowledge of landscape materials, irrigation systems, hardscape works, and planting works. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and quantity surveying software. * Familiarity with FIDIC contracts and standard construction contracts is preferred. * Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. **Preferred Skills:** * Experience in landscaping, irrigation, hardscape, and softscape projects. * Strong cost control and budgeting capabilities. * Knowledge of local construction regulations and industry standards. * Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
