**Job Description: Quantity Surveyor / Cost Engineer** **Larco Group** is a reputable organization located in Doha, Qatar, specializing in construction and project management. We are currently seeking a qualified **Quantity Surveyor / Cost Engineer** to join our dynamic team. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to financial guidelines. * Analyze project specifications and drawings to assess the costs and resources needed. * Monitor project expenditures and provide regular financial reports to management. * Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to evaluate scope changes and negotiate costs. * Conduct site visits to assess progress and compliance with budgetary targets and quality standards. **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field. * Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Cost Engineer in the construction industry. * Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and project lifecycle. * Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in cost estimation software. * Effective communication and negotiation skills to work collaboratively with various stakeholders. **Additional Information:** * **Salary:** QAR 70 - 120 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. * **Location:** 67 Business Crossing, Doha, Qatar. * Interested candidates can apply via email at **[email protected]** or contact us at **+974** **8888** **4444**.
