Quantity Surveyor / Cost Engineer

**Job Description** Liar Fire System is seeking a detailed-oriented **Quantity Surveyor / Cost Engineer** to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing project costs and ensuring financial efficiency throughout the lifecycle of our fire safety projects. **Key Responsibilities** * Prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets for fire safety projects. * Conduct feasibility studies and prepare cost analysis reports to assist in project decision-making. * Monitor and control project costs throughout the construction phase, ensuring adherence to budgets. * Collaborate with project managers and engineers to evaluate and negotiate contracts and change orders. * Maintain detailed records of expenditures, variations, and project financial performance. **Qualifications** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field. * **Experience:** Minimum of 4 years in quantity surveying or cost engineering within the construction industry. * Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. * Proficiency in cost estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. **Salary and Benefits** * Hourly wage: **50** **-\*** 100QAR\* (commensurate with experience). * Opportunities for professional development and career advancement in a supportive environment.
