Quantity Surveyor / Estimation Engineer

A leading company specialized in **Luxury Fit-Out, Interior Decoration, Custom Woodworks, Gypsum, Painting, and High-End Interior Solutions** is looking to hire an experienced **Quantity Surveyor / Estimation Engineer** for large-scale interior and fit-out projects in the UAE. Requirements: * Minimum **8 years of experience in the UAE** * Strong background in **Fit-Out, Joinery, Woodworks, Gypsum, False Ceilings, Painting, and Interior Decoration Projects** * Experience handling large residential, commercial, retail, and hospitality projects * Must be currently available inside the UAE * Ability to join immediately is preferred Main Responsibilities: * Preparing detailed **BOQ (Bill of Quantities)** * Quantity take-off and accurate project measurements * Preparing quotations and project cost estimations * Calculating material costs, labor costs, and project budgeting * Monitoring and updating market prices of materials and suppliers * Coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing and procurement * Full knowledge of all materials related to fit-out and interior works * Conducting site visits and factory visits for project evaluation and coordination * Reviewing drawings, specifications, and tender documents * Preparing technical and commercial proposals * Supporting project management with budgeting and cost control * Ensuring accurate costing with high attention to detail and project profitability Required Skills: * Excellent knowledge of interior fit-out materials and execution methods * Strong analytical and negotiation skills * Ability to read technical drawings and specifications professionally * Experience with estimation software and Microsoft Office * Strong communication and coordination skills * High level of accuracy, organization, and responsibility We Are Looking For: * Professional and experienced candidate * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines * Strong understanding of UAE market standards and pricing Benefits: * Competitive salary package * Professional and stable work environment * Career growth opportunities Location: Dubai, UAE Interested candidates may send their CV and expected salary.
