Quantity Surveyor for Roads and Infrastructure.

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented **Quantity Surveyor – Road & Infrastructure** to join our team in ***Ras Al Khaimah***. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cost estimation, contract administration, quantity take-offs, and commercial management of road construction projects. Key Responsibilities Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents for road and infrastructure works Conduct quantity take-offs and measurement of works (earthworks, asphalt, utilities, road markings, etc.) Evaluate subcontractor quotations and prepare comparative statements Prepare interim valuations, progress payments, and final accounts Monitor project costs, variations, and budget control Prepare and evaluate variation orders and EOT-related cost claims Ensure compliance with contract conditions and project specifications Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field Minimum [5 to 7] years of experience in road & infrastructure projects Strong knowledge of contracts and construction cost control Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and relevant QS software Strong analytical and negotiation skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines UAE/GCC experience Knowledge of English Language.
