Quantity Surveyor – Glass & Aluminium

**Job Title:** Quantity Surveyor – Glass & Aluminium **Location:** Jebel Ali, Dubai **Industry:** Glass, Aluminium & Façade Works **Salary:** AED 7,000 – 11,000 (Based on Experience) Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in glass, aluminium, façade, curtain wall, and architectural metal works projects. The candidate will be responsible for quantity take-offs, cost estimation, budgeting, variations, and commercial management of projects from tender stage through project completion. Key Responsibilities * Prepare detailed quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications. * Review tender documents and prepare cost estimates for glass, aluminium, façade, curtain wall, skylight, and cladding works. * Analyze project costs and prepare BOQs (Bills of Quantities). * Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations. * Prepare and submit variations, claims, and cost reports. * Monitor project budgets and ensure cost control throughout project execution. * Measure completed works and prepare monthly valuations and payment applications. * Coordinate with project managers, engineers, procurement, and site teams. * Maintain records of contracts, variations, and commercial documentation. * Assist in contract administration and final account settlements. Requirements * Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field. * 4–8 years of experience in Quantity Surveying within the Glass, Aluminium, Façade, or Architectural Metal Works industry. * Strong knowledge of curtain wall, façade, glazing, cladding, and aluminium systems. * Experience in quantity take-offs, estimation, and contract administration. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and quantity surveying software. * Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications. * Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. * **Minimum 4 years UAE experience required.** Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED11,000.00 per month Application Question(s): * Whats your current Salary and Expected Salary? * Are you ready for Jebel Ali location?
