Quantity Surveyor-Water Infrastructure

We are looking for an experienced **Quantity Surveyor – Water Infrastructure** to manage all commercial and quantity surveying activities related to **infrastructure projects including stormwater, irrigation, sewerage, drainage, and utility networks across UAE.** The ideal candidate should have strong UAE infrastructure experience in quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, cost control, subcontract management, variation claims, and project commercial administration for utility and civil infrastructure projects. The candidate must possess excellent analytical, contractual, and cost management skills with the ability to support project profitability and commercial compliance. **Key Responsibilities** * Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates for infrastructure projects. * Analyze drawings, specifications, tender documents, and contracts. * Handle commercial activities for **Stormwater networks, Irrigation system,Sewarage system, Drainage works & Utility Infrastrcuture projects.** * Prepare interim valuations, payment applications, and final accounts. * Monitor project costs, budgets, and commercial performance. * Evaluate subcontractor quotations and prepare comparative statements. * Handle variation orders, claims, and change management. * Conduct site measurements and quantity verification. * Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors. * Prepare monthly cost reports, forecasts, and cash flow reports. * Ensure compliance with contract conditions and project specifications. * Assist in tendering, procurement, and commercial negotiations. * Maintain proper documentation for claims, invoices, and project records. **Required Qualifications** * Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying. * Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in infrastructure projects. * Strong experience in stormwater, irrigation, sewerage, and drainage projects. * Good knowledge of infrastructure drawings and utility standards. * Experience in quantity surveying, estimation, and commercial management. * Strong understanding of FIDIC contracts and UAE construction practices. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and QS/ERP software. * Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. **Preferred Experience** * Experience in Dubai Municipality, RTA, DEWA, or infrastructure authority projects. * Experience in large-scale utility and civil infrastructure works. * Familiarity with project planning and procurement coordination. **Skills Required** * Quantity Surveying * Infrastructure Estimation * BOQ Preparation * Cost Control & Budgeting * Contract Administration * Variation & Claims Management * Utility Infrastructure Knowledge * Commercial Negotiation * Analytical Skills * Project Cost Reporting Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month Application Question(s): * How many years of UAE experience do you have in infrastructure projects? * Have you worked on water infrastructure projects such as Stormwater drainage, Sewerage networks,Irrigation systems & Utility pipelines? * Have you worked with contractors, consultants, or government authority projects in UAE? * Which software are you proficient in? * Have you managed Interim payments, Final accounts & Variations and change orders? * Are you familiar with UAE authority standards such as Dubai Municipality,RTA, DEWA & Other utility authorities? * Have you prepared monthly cost reports or cash flow reports? * What is your current salary ,expected salary & notice period?
