Railway Incident Investigation Expert

**Overview** ------------ We are hiring a Railway Incident Investigation Expert to support a major Metro Operations & Maintenance project in Riyadh. The role focuses on leading incident investigations, ensuring compliance with Rail safety and railway protection regulations, and strengthening operational safety performance **Your Role** ------------- * Lead investigations for rail incidents, accidents, and near-misses across metro operations * Identify root causes and recommend corrective and preventive actions * Prepare clear investigation reports in line with saudi regulatory and international standards * Ensure compliance with railway protection rules, track access, and safe systems of work * Act as a key point of contact btwn client and regulatory authorities * Monitor closure of safety actions and support regulatory audits and inspections * Provide supervisory oversight on safety and operational compliance * Deliver safety lessons learned and support continuous improvement initiatives **About You** ------------- * Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Railway, Civil, Mechanical or related) * 20+ years' experience in railway/metro safety or operations * Proven background in incident investigation within rail/metro projects * Strong knowledge of railway protection regulations and safety rules * Excellent reporting, analytical, and stakeholder management skills * Certified Incident/Accident Investigator * NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent safety certification * Experience in Middle East or GCC rail projects **Rewards & benefits** ---------------------- Explore the rewards and benefits that help you thrive – at every stage of your life and your career.
