Real Estate Agent / Property Sales Executive / Portfolio Manager

**Position: Real Estate Agent / Property Sales Executive / Real Estate Portfolio Executive** **Job Description:** Seven Stars Investment Properties is looking for a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Agent / Executive, Property Sales or Portfolio Executive to join our growing team in Umm Al Quwain. The ideal candidate will be passionate about property sales, client relations, and achieving sales targets while delivering excellent customer service. **Previous experience in the REAL ESTATE industry will be an advantage to you.** **Responsibilities:** · Promote and sell residential, commercial, and investment properties (ready & off-plan) · Handle client inquiries professionally through calls, WhatsApp, and meetings · Conduct property viewings and assist clients throughout the sales process · Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors · Provide property recommendations, market updates, and investment opportunities · Coordinate with developers and management regarding project details, pricing, and availability · Negotiate deals and support clients until successful closing · Maintain accurate client records by tracking portfolio ROI, occupancy, and metrics in Excel/CRM; prioritize leads and tasks efficiently. **Requirements:** · Minimum 1–2 years of UAE real estate or sales experience preferred · Freshers with strong sales, customer service, or telemarketing background may also apply · Strong communication and negotiation skills · Professional, confident, and target-oriented personality (will be monitored with KPI) · Knowledge of UAE real estate specially UAQ and AJMAN market is an advantage · Ability to work independently and as part of a team · Languages: English required; Arabic, Hindi is an advantage. · UAE Driving License is preferred but not mandatory **What We Offer** · Attractive commission-based earning structure and benefits · Company-generated leads and marketing support · Visa and medical insurance provided · Professional and supportive work environment **Benefits:** to be discussed in person **Salary:** to be discussed in person *Email us at : [email protected]* ***Be part of a growing real estate company in the Northern Emirates and build your career with Seven Stars Investment Properties.*** Pay: AED1.00 - AED20.00 per month Application Question(s): * How many property deals (sales/leases) have you closed in UAE in the last 12 months? * List 2–3 recent transactions (property type, value, your commission earned). * Name 3 active developers/projects in Northern Emirates right now. * What’s your current notice period, and when can you start?
