Real Estate Sales Manager

Arfeen Real Estate is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our growing real estate division in Ajman. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales performance, motivating the team, identifying business opportunities, and contributing to the company's continued growth within the UAE property sector. Key Responsibilities * Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual business objectives * Develop practical sales strategies to increase revenue and improve conversion rates * Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and support agents in closing transactions * Establish and maintain strong relationships with property buyers, sellers, investors, and business partners * Analyze market conditions, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities within the real estate sector * Prepare sales reports and provide recommendations to improve overall business performance * Represent the company at property exhibitions, developer events, and networking functions Candidate Requirements * Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably within the UAE market * Demonstrated ability to manage teams and achieve sales targets consistently * Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation capabilities * Valid UAE driving license and access to a personal vehicle * Good understanding of property sales processes and customer relationship management * Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment What We Offer * Fixed salary: AED 3,000 – AED 6,000 * Additional commission and performance-based incentive opportunities * Access to verified residential and commercial property inventory * Dedicated marketing, advertising, and administrative support * Professional working environment with growth-focused management * Long-term career development opportunities within the company This opportunity is ideal for a motivated sales leader who is ready to take ownership of a growing team and play a key role in expanding the company's presence in the UAE real estate market.
