We are looking for an experienced and results-driven **Real Estate Senior Sales Manager** to lead and expand our high-performing sales team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a dynamic professional with strong leadership capabilities, deep market knowledge, and a proven track record in Dubai real estate sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strategic sales plans, and building lasting client relationships while leading the team to exceed sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Business Growth * Develop and execute effective sales strategies aligned with Dubai’s real estate market trends. * Identify new business opportunities and revenue channels. * Monitor market performance and adjust strategies to maximize sales results. * Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Team Leadership & Development * Recruit, train, and mentor real estate sales agents and consultants. * Build a performance-driven sales culture. * Conduct regular sales meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews. * Implement training programs focused on sales techniques, negotiation skills, and market knowledge. Client Relationship Management * Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, buyers, and property owners. * Understand client requirements and provide tailored property solutions. * Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business. Sales Operations & Coordination * Oversee property listings and ensure accurate market positioning. * Coordinate with marketing teams on lead generation and promotional campaigns. * Ensure all documentation and sales processes comply with company standards and regulations. Market & Regulatory Awareness * Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends, pricing, and competitor activity. * Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and Dubai property laws. * Provide strategic market insights to clients and management. QualificationsEducation * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. Experience * Minimum 4 years of experience in real estate sales. * At least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role within Dubai’s real estate sector. Skills Required * Strong leadership and team management abilities. * Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. * Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets. * Proficiency in CRM systems and sales management tools. Preferred Qualifications * RERA certification or a valid Dubai real estate license. * Strong understanding of Dubai’s prime property markets. * Established network within the UAE real estate industry.
