**ABOUT THE ROLE** We are looking for a driven and charismatic Real Estate Tele Caller to join our high-performing Dubai sales team. In this role, you will be the first voice our clients hear — and the impression you leave determines everything. You will be responsible for reaching out to prospective buyers, tenants, and investors, qualifying leads, and booking property viewings for our senior agents. This is a target-driven role with exceptional earning potential for those who are passionate about real estate, people, and results. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** ▸ Make outbound calls to potential buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors from provided databases and CRM leads ▸ Handle inbound enquiries from portals (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle) and convert them into booked viewings ▸ Qualify prospects by understanding their budget, requirements, timeline, and area preferences ▸ Schedule and confirm property viewing appointments for senior real estate agents ▸ Follow up consistently with cold, warm, and hot leads to move them through the sales funnel ▸ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls, notes, and lead statuses in the CRM system ▸ Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and appointment targets ▸ Build rapport with clients to create a positive first impression of our agency ▸ Coordinate with the marketing and listings team on new project launches and off-plan campaigns ▸ Provide daily call reports and activity summaries to the Sales Manager **REQUIREMENTS** ▸ Minimum 1 year of tele calling, telesales, or customer service experience (real estate experience preferred) ▸ Excellent verbal communication skills in English; Arabic or other languages are a strong advantage Work Location: In person
