Find out more about our mission to bring health in your hands at www.opella.com. **Summary of Role:** Will be responsible for leading and overseeing the sales team to achieve revenue targets, expand market presence, and strengthen customer relationships. This role involves developing sales strategies, managing team performance, forecasting sales, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to drive sustainable business growth. **KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:** * Implement effective sales strategies aligned with Opella’s goals. * Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed targets. * Set individual and team sales goals and monitor performance regularly. * Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer needs to identify opportunities. * Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior management, work closely with the Sales Force Effectiveness team to assess team performance. * Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners. * Recruit, train, and onboard new sales team members. * Collaborate with the Brand & Innovation Team / Science / Supply Chain / Finance teams to optimize sales efforts. * Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing, and contractual terms. **Required Qualifications & Skills** * Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. * Proven experience as a Sales Manager, prior experience in an FMCG / FMCH company is a plus. * Strong leadership, coaching, and people‑management skills. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. * Strong analytical skills paying close attention to forecast accuracy and reporting quality. * problem‑solving skills. * Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans. * Proficiency with CRM systems and sales reporting tools. * Results‑driven mindset with strong commercial acumen. ***Why us?*** At Opella, you will enjoy doing challenging, purposeful work, empowered to develop consumer brands with passion and creativity.
