Patient & VIP Relationship Management * Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, VIP clients, and corporate partners. * Ensure exceptional patient experience from initial inquiry through post-treatment follow-up. * Handle VIP appointments, concierge services, and personalized patient coordination. * Resolve client concerns professionally and efficiently while maintaining confidentiality. * Conduct regular follow-ups to improve retention and patient satisfaction. Business Development & Partnerships * Develop relationships with high-net-worth individuals, influencers, corporate clients, hotels, and wellness partners. * Identify opportunities for strategic collaborations and referral partnerships. * Assist in expanding Dynasty Clinic’s presence within the wellness and luxury healthcare sector. * Represent the clinic at networking events, exhibitions, and business meetings. Sales & Revenue Support * Support consultation conversion and treatment plan acceptance. * Promote clinic services, wellness programs, longevity treatments, and membership offerings. * Coordinate with marketing and front-office teams to improve patient acquisition and retention strategies. * Monitor client engagement and suggest upselling opportunities where appropriate. Coordination & Operations * Work closely with doctors, therapists, and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery. * Coordinate scheduling for VIP and international patients. * Maintain CRM records and ensure accurate documentation of client interactions. * Prepare reports on client feedback, satisfaction metrics, and relationship performance. Brand Representation * Uphold Dynasty Clinic’s image of excellence, professionalism, and discretion. * Maintain high standards of grooming, communication, and etiquette. * Deliver a luxury hospitality-style experience tailored to premium clientele. Qualifications & Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field. * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in client relations, luxury hospitality, healthcare, wellness, or aesthetic industry. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Experience handling VIP or high-profile clients is highly preferred. * Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage. * Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. * Professional appearance and customer-centric mindset. * Knowledge of CRM systems and patient coordination workflows preferred. Preferred Skills * Luxury customer service experience. * Strong networking and relationship-building abilities. * Sales and consultation support experience. * High emotional intelligence and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced wellness and healthcare environment.
