**Job Title: Relationship Manager (French/Russian Speaker)** **Location:** Dubai, UAE **Employment Type:** Full-Time **Compensation:** Competitive Salary + Commission **Job Summary:** The Relationship Manager is responsible for driving property sales, managing a team of sales specialists, and achieving revenue targets for off-plan and ready property projects. Reporting to the Head of Sales, the Relationship Manager plays a key role in implementing sales strategies, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring a high-performance sales culture. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in Dubai’s real estate market, strong leadership abilities, and a track record of exceeding sales targets. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team sales targets. * Manage end-to-end sales processes, including lead management, client engagement, property presentations, negotiations, and deal closures. * Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams to ensure seamless lead generation, follow-ups, and conversion. * Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to the Head of Sales. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and key stakeholders to maximize sales opportunities. * Conduct regular coaching and performance reviews to enhance the skills and effectiveness of the sales team. * Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical sales practices, and RERA regulations in all sales activities. * Participate in property launches, events, and site visits to represent the company and generate business. * Identify new market opportunities and provide input for sales strategies and business development initiatives. * Support the development of sales tools, presentations, and marketing materials to improve client engagement. **Qualifications & Skills:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field. * 5–7 years of real estate sales experience in Dubai, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or team-lead role. * Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. * Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. * In-depth knowledge of Dubai real estate market trends, regulations, and property portfolios. * Proficiency in CRM systems, sales tracking tools, and MS Office. * Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. * Fluency in English required; **Russian & French speaker (mandatory)** **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary with attractive commission. * Career growth opportunities into senior management roles. * Continuous professional development and team-building support. **Join Our Team:** As a Relationship Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s sales growth and shaping a high-performing team.
