Rental Car Manager

We are looking for a professional and results-driven **Luxury Car Rental Manager** to manage daily operations, client experience, fleet coordination, bookings, and sales performance for our luxury car rental business. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, a sales mindset, excellent customer service, and experience in handling premium clients who expect fast response, smooth service, and a luxury-level experience. Key Responsibilities Manage daily luxury car rental operations from booking to vehicle delivery and return. Handle client inquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls, Instagram, website leads, and walk-ins. Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings through strong follow-up and professional sales communication. Coordinate vehicle availability, delivery, pickup, cleanliness, maintenance, and handover process. Ensure all rental agreements, Emirates ID/passport, driving license, deposits, payments, and required documents are collected correctly. Monitor fleet condition and report any damages, service needs, accidents, fines, or maintenance issues. Follow up with clients before, during, and after the rental period to ensure a premium customer experience. Manage driver/delivery team schedules and ensure vehicles are delivered on time. Track daily bookings, revenue, pending payments, deposits, and customer feedback. Build relationships with hotels, concierges, tourism companies, influencers, and corporate clients to generate more bookings. Support marketing campaigns by sharing car availability, offers, customer feedback, and content ideas. Handle customer complaints professionally and solve issues quickly without damaging the brand reputation. Maintain high standards of luxury service, professionalism, and brand image at all times. Requirements Previous experience in car rental, luxury car rental, automotive sales, hospitality, tourism, or customer service is preferred. Strong sales and negotiation skills. Excellent communication skills in English. Arabic is a plus. Good knowledge of luxury cars, rental procedures, insurance, fines, Salik, deposits, and UAE driving requirements. Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to clients. Strong organization and follow-up skills. Professional appearance and attitude. Good computer skills and ability to use CRM, WhatsApp Business, Excel/Google Sheets, and booking systems. UAE driving license is preferred. Pay: From AED8,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
