**Restaurant Manager – Speciality Coffee Shop & Restaurant (JLT, Dubai)** Only candidates with matching experience (e.g. Coffee shop with breakfast, sales development, team leadership, aggregators, etc) and immediate start will be contacted. **About Us** : We are a popular specialty coffee shop/restaurant in JLT, Dubai, operating in the market for over 3 years and delivering consistent and strong growth and poised for the next level of success. We are seeking a true **leader**—not a routine supervisor—to take full ownership from day one, to drive rapid, sustainable growth and to embrace and strengthen our French café concept. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on challenges, delivers fast results, and loves speciality coffee, events, and innovative F&B concepts. Immediate start required. You will have full autonomy to run daily operations **while focusing on the 4 first high-priority growth projects**: **1. Optimize & Expand Aggregator Performance** : online visibility and sales via platforms like Talabat, Careem Now, etc. Deep expertise required in technical setup, menu labeling, high-quality photography, marketing promotions, and performance optimization to boost delivery orders alongside dine-in. **2. Drive Dine-In Revenue Growth, Enhance Offerings and Customers experience :** Implement proven strategies to increase sales quickly in the next 3 months through menu optimization, customer acquisition, supplier negotiations, cost/wastage control, and events expansion (meet-ups, private groups, etc.)—all while maintaining our uncompromising quality standards. **3. Meal Plan Delivery Service :** Take over our upcoming meal plan delivery project and finalize it. Develop, launch, and scale it within 8 weeks—covering menu creation, marketing, logistics, tech integration, and team coordination (prior experience in meal prep/delivery services is a major advantage). **4. Staff management/Lead & Optimize Team Performance:** Manage with natural authority our talented team of baristas and cooks. In order to boost efficiency, you will update SOPs/procedures, reinforce the systems processes, ensure strict adherence to standards, in order to ensure everything is done correctly, on time and to the expected quality. **5.** Besides the 4 above-mentioned tasks, you will assume **all the other standard assignments included in the job description of a restaurant manager :** Customer service & guest experience, Supplier relations & inventory, Menu development & innovation, Events planning & execution, Marketing, Social media & customer engagement, POS/tech systems management & reporting, Financial oversight (P&L, budgeting, costs, etc.), Staff management, Compliance, New outlet planning, Supporting the staff in peak time, etc. **The owner will remain involved for certain specific tasks, projects and strategic matters.** **Qualifications and Essential Requirements:** * Minimum 5+ years proven experience as Restaurant/Café Manager in high volume speciality coffee shop (strong track record of growing sales, turning around operations, and building profitability). * Solid understanding of speciality coffee beans and other beverages industry, and quality standards. * **Mandatory**: Deep, hands-on knowledge of major Dubai aggregators (Talabat, Careem, etc.) —technical and marketing aspects, menu setup, images, etc. * Proven revenue-driving skills (menu engineering, cost control, customer growth). * Strong experience in social media promotion and customer engagement. * Comfort with POS systems, ordering apps, dashboards, etc. * Natural leadership with excellent team motivation and people skills, excelling in creating and maintaining clear systems, processes. * Highly reliable and meticulous, extreme attention to details.
