Restaurant Manager

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our café in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent customer service abilities, and experience in managing restaurant operations within the UAE hospitality industry. Key Responsibilities * Manage day-to-day café and restaurant operations efficiently. * Supervise staff scheduling, attendance, training, and performance. * Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction. * Monitor inventory, stock ordering, and vendor coordination. * Handle cash management, billing, and daily sales reporting. * Maintain hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards as per Dubai Municipality regulations. * Resolve customer complaints professionally and ensure smooth operations. * Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to improve operational efficiency. * Support marketing activities, promotions, and customer engagement initiatives. Requirements * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in restaurant/café management in UAE. * Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and hospitality standards. * Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills. * Knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and reporting. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. * Bachelor’s degree or hospitality qualification preferred.
