Manage, train, and supervise front-of-house and back-of-house staff. Schedule employees and monitor attendance. Ensure customer satisfaction and promptly resolve complaints. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate ordering of supplies. Maintain compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations. Control labor and operating costs to meet financial targets. Prepare reports on sales, staffing, and operational performance. Support marketing and promotional activities to increase revenue. **Requirements** Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager. Strong leadership and team-management skills. Excellent customer service and communication abilities. Knowledge of food safety and restaurant operations. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer applications. Bachelor's degree or hospitality-related qualification is preferred but not required. Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
