**Job Description** **Roles and Responsibilites** * Drive revenue growth and profitability across all retail locations by implementing strategic sales and marketing initiatives, ensuring aggressive targets are met or exceeded. * Oversee the entire retail operation, including fleet management, customer service, and branch performance, guaranteeing operational efficiency and seamless customer experiences. * Develop and execute effective pricing strategies and promotional campaigns to maximize market share and optimize revenue generation, staying ahead of the competition. * Lead and mentor a high-performing retail team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement through training and development programs. Desired Candidate Profile * Possesses a Post graduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, providing a strong foundation in business principles. * Holds a minimum of 15+ years of progressive experience in car rental retail management, demonstrating a proven track record of success. * Demonstrates a deep understanding of the car rental industry, including market dynamics, competitive landscape, and customer behavior. * Exhibits strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate, develop, and guide a diverse team towards achieving common goals.
