Job Opportunity – Retail ManageriCenter Company is hiring a Retail ManagerLocation: Baghdad, IraqEmployment Type: Full-timeJob SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and results-driven Retail Manager to oversee retail operations, manage store performance, lead sales teams, and ensure excellent customer service across our retail network in Baghdad.The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, retail management experience, and the ability to drive sales growth while maintaining high operational standards.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily retail operations and ensure smooth store performance.Supervise and support store supervisors and sales staff.Monitor sales targets and implement strategies to achieve business goals.Ensure high standards of customer service and customer satisfaction.Control inventory levels and coordinate stock management.Analyze sales reports and prepare performance evaluations.Train, motivate, and develop retail team members.Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.Coordinate with other departments regarding promotions, marketing activities, and product launches.Qualifications & Experience3–5 years of proven experience as a Retail Manager or in a similar retail leadership role.Based in Baghdad or willing to work in Baghdad.Excellent command of English (spoken and written).Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field is preferred.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.Good knowledge of retail operations, inventory control, and sales management.Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail reporting tools.Preferred SkillsStrategic planning and decision-making.Sales forecasting and performance analysis.Customer relationship management.Staff coaching and performance development.Strong organizational and operational management skills.If you are interested please Send your CV to [email protected]
