Safety Engineer

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a qualified and experienced Safety Engineer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe working environment across all project sites, in compliance with local regulations and company policies. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop, implement, and monitor health and safety policies and procedures on construction sites. * Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify hazards and ensure corrective actions are taken. * Ensure compliance with all local safety regulations and standards. * Provide safety training and toolbox talks to workers and staff. * Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses, and prepare detailed reports. * Coordinate with project managers and site engineers to enforce safety measures. * Maintain safety documentation, reports, and records. * Ensure proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) at all times. * Monitor subcontractors to ensure adherence to safety requirements. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field. * Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Safety Engineer in construction companies. * Strong knowledge of safety regulations and standards. * Certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or OSHA are preferred. * Excellent communication and reporting skills. * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple sites. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience working in large-scale construction projects. * Familiarity with local UAE safety regulations. **Benefits:** * Competitive salary * Health insurance * Annual leave as per UAE labor law Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
